Licensing Department

This department handles the issuance and renewal of licenses for various market functionaries operating within the Market Committee's premises—such as commission agents, traders, weighmen, porters, and helpers. The department is headed by an Assistant Secretary, and its operations are managed by the Assistant Secretary with the assistance of a staff member.

Establishment and Administration Department

This department handles matters related to the establishment of the Market Committee's officers and staff, as well as tasks such as organizing committee meetings and managing vehicle arrangements. The Assistant Secretary heads this department, and its operations are managed by the Assistant Secretary with the assistance of one staff member.

Accounts Department

All financial operations of the Market Committee are carried out through the Accounts Section. These include the disbursement of salaries and various payments, as well as the preparation of financial statements and budgets. The Accountant heads this department and oversees its operations.

Recovery and Control Department

This department handles the recovery of the Market Committee's current and outstanding dues and market fees, oversees the regulation of agricultural produce trading transactions, and disseminates daily market rates. The Committee's Inspector heads this department, and its operations are managed by the Inspector with the assistance of two staff members.
